The South Kitsap Relay for Life committee will hold a kick-off meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at First Lutheran Church, 2483 Mitchell Road SE, Port Orchard.
Relay for Life is a national fund-raising event for the American Cancer Society, held in communities in Kitsap and North Mason counties. In South Kitsap, the 24-hour event will begin at 11 p.m. May 28 at South Kitsap High School.
Teams who register by the night of the kick-off will receive $50 off. To register online go to the Relay for Life Web site.
