More one-way signs planned for Gorst

The in basket: Don Palmer, who lives in Gorst, said he once interceded to keep a confused driver from trying to turn right underneath the overpass in front of the Subaru dealership in Gorst, hoping to go toward Belfair, which would have had her driving the wrong way against three lanes of eastbound traffic.
He said signs prohibiting right turns and indicating that it is one-way eastbound are needed there.

He also said he often sees semi-trailer trucks coming out of Port Orchard trying to make U-turns there to head back toward Tacoma, but because of their length, they block two lanes in each direction while doing so. Since there is a more suitable U-turn just around the corner, he thinks there should be signs forbidding trucks from using the cut-through under the overpass.
The out basket: I had to ask state engineers several times, and finally condensed the first question thusly: How come there is a sign saying “one-way, don’t enter” for those who might carelessly make a right turn and go toward Port Orchard against one-way traffic coming toward them, but there is no comparable sign on the other side of the undercrossing.
This month, Lisa Murdock of the state highway’s Olympic Region said, “We plan on installing more ‘One-Way’ signs to help address this problem. The new signs will be in place by the end of April.”
I didn’t ask about big trucks making the U-turn because in all the years I’ve driven through Gorst, I’ve never seen it happen even once. Don says it’s common. Has anyone else in reader-land seen this happen?.
