The Silverdale home of Lowe’s Home Improvement is up for sale.

The 12-acre Myhre Road property and  122,000-square-foot building are listed for $14.1 million.

The property is owned by Lowe’s through Waco Silverdale LLC., according to assessor’s documents. The assessed value is about $10.6 million.

Lowe’s has a lease on the property through 2028. The store opened in 2008.
