  1. Angela,

It was tragic moment when I received the email notification that you had posted this story to the blog. You cannot imagine my amazement and hope when I opened up my email account and there it was… a story via email from our beloved Andrew Binion’s Kitsap Sun email account. I got all starry eyed and excited for a second, and then realized it was a cruel, cruel mistake….Please excuse the tears on my keyboard.. The cruelty is pasted below as evidence.. sigh… It will take me at least a week to recover.

  2. Colleen that would be a zombie email account still active in the MovableType software than runs this blog.

I wonder that Andrew is up to?

  3. To those of you who follow our local candidates, for many offices, through the Kitsap Sun Editorial Board process, I want you to very much be aware of a situation that has arisen. Please read this editorial from last week…

I feel that the solution to the problem being offered by the Kitsap Sun is not in the best interest of our community when it comes to fair reporting or equal treatment amongst candidates or positions. It is an unacceptable solution. I have posted an alternative suggestion for their self described “dilemma”. I would encourage others to do so as well and post additional comments. This is too important a crossroad for our community to just let it go.

    Thank you.
