The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that foreclosures were down in September in King County, a result of lenders renegotiating with borrowers.
The numbers are down 42 percent from August, but perhaps more significantly they were down 13 percent from the previous year. I suppose both could be as significant as each other. Maybe some of you have ideas. Maybe it’s not significant.
