Weather: The holiday weekend is looking cloudy but not too wet, according to the National Weather Service. A chance of showers and highs in the mid-60s are predicted through Monday.
Sports: Bainbridge softball and soccer teams both play state tournament games today. Softball opens tournament play at 9 a.m. game against University in Lacy (see a bracket here).
Soccer plays Shorecrest in the semi-finals at 2 p.m. today in Puyallup. The game will be webcast. Two tennis doubles teams also play state games today.The state track tournament began Thursday.
Bainbridge rowing qualified two boats for nationals.
