		<description>How is it that mesh tubes would be less damaging than solid PVC tubes?  Olsen has no scientific data to be convinced of anything.  The bulk of the damage is in the harvest techniques anyway.  Are these the same Olsen&#039;s that opposed a kayak camp in the same area?  If so, they need to review the Shoreline Management Act, which clearly gives priority to the public&#039;s use of the water area, and not to aquaculture.  The geoduck fiasco brings out the greed and hypocrisy in many of us.  This lease should never be approved by DNR.</description>
