Amusing Monday: I hope this blog isn’t going to the dogs

May 4th, 2009 by cdunagan

Last week’s “Amusing Monday” about cats flushing toilets and other kitty antics created a surprising flurry of activity that practically knocked me over.

Someone thought it was me who was amusing for having “discovered” funny cat videos on YouTube. The person posted the entry on FARK, a blog that reports funny, odd and unusual stories from everywhere.

Thousands of people from all over the country visited the “Amusing Monday” post about cats and their use of water.

Some were quite happy to see these videos for the first or hundredth time or whatever. Some said it must have been a “slow news day,” overlooking my attempt to link these videos to “Water Ways.” And some just wanted to talk about Kitsap County.

I’m hoping that the cat videos did not create an “Annoying Monday” for most regular readers of this blog. But feel free to tell me. Meanwhile, in the interest of pet equality, I’m offering two videos about dogs and water along with one compilation video. This should do it on the pet front for awhile.
