  1. This parcel that is connected to the village post office, would have been land worthy for Port of Manchester to consider to purchase for community purposes. I understand that the post office operates under a lease and they are/have outgrown their building already. Bet with three more condos in town the post office will be looking for new land. This land combination would have been a perfect place for a Manchester Community Center, Government Municipal Complex, etc. Right across the street from Spruce House project sits another piece of commercial property currently vacant, Fox’s former pipe shop. I wonder how long Tri Hutch will be delayed by community activism. Looks like a repeat is coming of what the Anchor’s project owner contended with. Soon all those former players will be back in their foxholes. and the beat goes on…again.
