The severe weather shelter located at Bremerton Foodline, 1600 12th St. in Bremerton will open at 6 pm (doors close at 9 pm. If no one is there, volunteer staff leave), on Monday night Dec. 31st and Tuesday night, Jan. 1. All leave at 7 am the next morning. All are welcome. No weapons/alcohol/drugs.

Per the Dept. of Emerg. Mgmt., the severe weather shelter is open on Friday, Dec. 21 and Saturday, Dec. 22. It is located in the Bremerton Foodline, 1600 12th St. in Bremerton. Doors are open from 6 to 9 pm; if no one is there by 9 pm the volunteers lock up and leave. All are welcome. No weapons/alcohol/drugs. All leave at 7 am the next morning.

A fifth name has been added to the list of those who passed away without a home this year. It is with the others on the flyer below. The service is this Friday, Dec. 21 “the longest night of the year” and will be held from 5 to 5:45 pm at First Christian Church, 811 Veneta in Bremerton.
