Severe Weather Shelter open TONIGHT

The severe weather shelter, located in the Bremerton Foodline at 1600 12th St., opens tonight at 6 pm and locks its doors at 9 pm. If no one is there, the volunteers go home. All are welcome. No weapons/drugs/alcohol. Everyone leaes at 7 am the next day. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! And a big THANK YOU for the good souls who gave of their time and compassion to open this shelter.

Update on Homeless Memorial Service on Friday

A fifth name has been added to the list of those who passed away without a home this year. It is with the others on the flyer below. The service is this Friday, Dec. 21 “the longest night of the year” and will be held from 5 to 5:45 pm at First Christian Church, 811 Veneta in Bremerton. Please come and share your memories, pray and sing with us.
