SEVERE WEATHER SHELTER OPEN MONDAY NIGHT

November 19th, 2012 by Sally Santana

Per KDEM, the severe weather shelter opens at 6 pm tonight at Bremerton Foodline, 1600 12th St. (across from Bremerton High) and ends at 7 am Tuesday morning. All are welcome. We don’t want anyone drowning out there. No alcohol/drugs/weapons. Personal belongings are placed into a large plastic bag and sealed while you’re there. It’s given back to you when you depart.

About This Blog

Way off Wall Street and behind Main Street is Side Street, the place where the 'financially challenged' live. Through networking and compassion, needs are met, doors open, and we find a way to not just get by but to have hope.
