Qualifying Puget Sound Energy residential electric customers can upgrade their old fridge for a new model. There is no cost for the new (one), its delivery or the removal and recycling of your old fridge. Who qualifies? PSE customers who have a fridge that was manufactured in or before 1992, in working/cooling condition, regularly used, the primary food storage in the kitchen and plugged into a properly grounded (3 prong) outlet to ensure safety.
