I’ve been told that farm carbines travel many miles when they’re harvesting crops for farmers….and I’ll retract my 10 mile change suggestion.

I still feel oversized, undersized or unusual vehicles should show demonstrated skill driving such vehicles on public roads.

It is my opinion that drivers of large rvs…A size, should be required to have an upgraded license to drive it.
There is a big difference between driving the big rigs and a passenger car and should require passing a rv driving test.

Why is one required to get a special license to drive a motor cycle and not to drive a rv?

In addition, “exempts farmers driving farm vehicles of 40,000 pounds or less within 150 miles of their farm”…
should be changed to ‘within 10 miles of their farm’…
