FRAMES ~ From The Archives 1988: Thomas Kemper Brewing, a presidential candidates daughter, a blimp ride AND MORE!

Just finished scanning a box of 1988 images from the archives of the Bremerton Sun so here is the first batch of scans!

A few images found:

• Marketing photos of Thomas Kemper Brewing…which according to wikipedia: “Thomas Kemper Brewing of Poulsbo was sold to Hart Brewing (later known as Pyramid) in 1992. (Thomas Kemper had been founded in 1985 on Bainbridge Island, and began making soft drinks in 1990.)”
• OC Registration
• A lady driving with a parrot on her steering wheel…okay maybe she’s just parked but still seems a bit unsafe for the bird.
• Aerial views of Bremerton from aboard the Pepsi blimp.
• Presidential nominee Michael Dukakis’s daughter Andrea campaigns in Bremerton.
• A swimming olympian from 1928

***Remember, the only information I have on these images is what is written on the negative sleeve which is then typed in beneath the photos seen below.
