This is a picture of Bill Cole who grew up in West Bremerton (Charleston). We were classmates all through school. My Gurske husband also worked at the phone company (Pacific Telephone and Telegraph at that time) and participated in the strike, plus he was another fellow classmate at BHS in the mid-40’s.
