FRAMES: Photo Challenge #71: Sunrise or Sunset

This challenge is of course an ode to my co-photographer Larry who absolutely LOVES to shoot sunrises and sunsets. And my goodness he shoots them incredibly well!

So, your photo challenge this month is to show me your best photo of a sunrise or a sunset. While I still prefer to see current work here, you know photos that have been shot just for this challenge, I will accept photos taken earlier in the year since sometimes those gorgeous sunrises and sunsets are hard to come by. But the photo must have been taken in 2013.

Deadline for this challenge will be December 2nd.

You may email your entries to me: mreid@kitsapsun.com or use the handy “Upload Kitsap Frames Photo Challenges here” link on the right side of this page. Photos chosen as “Stand-Outs” will  be published in an upcoming edition of the Kitsap Sun. If you do use the uploader on the right of the page, please be sure your real life name is somewhere on the upload form (either in the title of the image or description area)

As a recap, these photo challenges were started to give local shutterbugs to share their work, perhaps get published in the paper, maybe learn some photo tips and tricks and most of all to encourage people to get out there with their cameras (or iPhones) and have some fun taking photos.
