FRAMES: Photo(s) Of The Day: Kites Over Kingston

This was the second year that I covered the Kites Over Kingston event and I tell you, I didn’t even get a chance to fly a kite and it was still one heck of a good time and is full of great photo potential.

I can even admit that I am such a “photo nerd” that I went and covered the event, on my day off, just because I felt one should not pass up the opportunity for photos of colorful kites under the sunny skies.
