JoAnne Mercurio of Bremerton gets ready to be eaten by an inflatable monster outside of the Agency Insurance Center on Fifth Street in downtown Bremerton on a rainy Friday. She was returning books to the Martin Luther King Library. The Insurance Center has decorations for the upcoming Safe Trick or Treat on Saturday October 31st from 5-8 p.m..
