Members of Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church are in high gear preparing for the church’s centennial celebration Friday. You don’t have to be part of the church to attend the formal dinner dance and silent auction, starting at 7 p.m. at the Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside. Jazz guitarist Michael Powers will be the special musical guest. Tickets, at $100 per person, are still available, according to John Cunningham, one of the organizers.
