Name that Kitsap Locale —The first theft

A friend of mine, you
might know him, likes to take pictures and ask people if they know
where it’s from. He sometimes calls it “Name that Kitsap Locale.” I
figure, hey, he’s got no trademark on that phrase, so I’m going to
use it here.
