Recognize this guy in Bremerton?

History is exposed as
history is made. As construction crews continued work along Fourth
Street to improve the street and build a movie theater, a piece of
Bremerton’s past was revealed.
Others at the Kitsap Sun saw this image of Neptune sometime last week when a canopy was removed from a Fourth Street building. The canopy was a form of a facade over the building, but perhaps more importantly it hid this guy.

I seem to remember it being a store around the ’70′s. It sold items imported from the Middle East. Reminds me of the “hippie days”. It was at a time that Bremerton had many stores. I think the “Value Giant” was across the street.
