I can only assume that’s what this montage, found outside the
parking garage on Fifth Street, was meant to be. Looks like an edgy
new genre, and Port Orchard, you’ll love this, it’s practically
free. A trip to Goodwill or a random grab in the back of your
closet and viola, instant kulture.
