Melky Cabrera signs with Blue Jays

PEDs (performance enhancing drugs) aside Cabrera’s signing follows blockbuster trade with Marlins. link to story below and why it might have been a good sign for the Ms from fangraphs.

Sources say Zduriencik still hopeful Royals will trade Billy Butler for most of team’s prospects. Trade would cause Royals to have to find a first baseman/dh to fill that hole. Royals actually trying to make a run at winning, Bless their pea picking hearts!

In other news Art Thiel the doyenne of Northwest Sports writing took Howard Lincoln to task for not anteing up to solve the unproved traffic problem south of downtown on Sports Press Northwest.
