Peabody: Life, Friends Baseball

Stephen Pryor in the eighth and Tom Wilhelmsen in the ninth preserve Hisashi Iwakuma’s effort to beat the Angels 7-4. Pryor did give up a hit to Torrie Hunter and conquered Albert Pujols in a long at bat. He featured a fastball that sat 97-99 and a 93 mph slider. He pitched very aggressively and pounded the zone with his pitch. Wilhelmsen having returned to team after the birth of a child, was a little rough giving up a home run to Morales, but ultimately prevailed.

M’s banged out ten hits and jumped out to a seven run lead and held on. Jaso with a home run for second day. Seager and Saunders were quiet, but everybody else did something.

Pryor and Wilhelmsen were good and really kept the wolf at bay.
