I am always expecting for MMA to explode here in Kitsap County at any moment. Thats why I do the occasional search online off Google and Bing. This time I entered the text ”Kitsap Sun MMA” in the search engine, and was humbled, but encouraged, to read an article by editor Chuck Stark on the subject. This really makes a statement about what MMA can be for us in Kitsap County, and my hopes are high.

Also, I did a back flip when I found this article on Ryan Shmelzle in the sports section a few weeks ago while I was at work. I barely recognized Ryan.
