Candidates on TV

It may be early October, but the November general election is sneaking up on us. Ballots will be coming out next week, which should help focus our attention on candidates and issues.
If you missed Tuesday’s lively League of Women Voters of Kitsap forum featuring Lynn Horton and Roger Zabinsky, candidates for Port of Bremerton commissioner, you can catch it on BKAT tonight (Oct. 8) at 8 p.m., Friday (Oct. 9) at 1 p.m. or Monday (Oct. 12) at 2 p.m.
Our next forum is Monday, Oct. 12, and will feature candidates for Bremerton mayor and city council. It’s at 7 p.m. at the Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th St., in downtown Bremerton.
If you care about the future of Kitsap’s biggest city, come to the forum and bring your questions for the candidates.
