		<description>Preschool is also associated with reducing their likelihood of serving time, and other things.  I think that when you have kids whose parents see the value of early education, then what you have is:  parents who care.  And we see that throughout a child&#039;s educational career...the kids who have parents who care, parents who don&#039;t put down their child&#039;s teacher, who don&#039;t say things like &quot;well that&#039;s your teacher&#039;s responsibility to teach you that, not mine&quot;, etc.  When you have parents who care to make sure that their kids get a good education, then you do see better graduation rates, etc.  

Asthma--well, you can&#039;t solve that with better parenting or early education, unfortunately.</description>
