School levy meeting tonight in Bremerton

Bremerton’s Citizens for Good Schools Committee will meet tonight (Sept. 14) to talk about the school support levy proposed for the Feb. 9, 2010, ballot.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 at the district’s school administration buillding, 134 Marion Ave.
The committee is looking for volunteers for all sorts of jobs. The group will also discuss who will lead the levy effort and how to divide into committees. The group is also looking for yard signs from previous campaigns. They will use those signs in an effort to save resources and money, so if you have a sign or want more information about the effort, contact Julie Wasserburger at wasser3@comcast.net.
