SEATTLE — Port of Bremerton Chief Executive Officer Cary Bozeman
recently accepted a position on the advisory board of the Runstad
Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington.
The center is an organization connected with the university’s
College of Built Environments, which has programs in design,
planning and construction. The center itself offers two graduate
programs.
The center’s mission is to develop a leading real-estate program to
help advance the industry and assist students attain successful
careers.
The center was begun in 2001. More about the center is at

Bozeman’s term is for three years.
They could use the miscues of Bremerton’s waterfront failed real estate investments as a lessoned learned. I would love to take a class where you could have Cary upfront, point a finger a laugh. Please students do not follow this example. Sounds like a I would liek to take. Thanks Bremerton for forcing him out and adding him to my headache (Port).
He certainly has much info to share on how to get taxpayers to foot the bill for private development profits.
WTH?! It’s like getting a fox to teach people how to guard a henhouse. Bozo has no real estate background and you can’t sell parks, which is all he’s ever interested in building with the exception of floating toilets. What a freaking joke!
