Three Cougars sign letter of intent

Central Kitsap had a signing ceremony for three athletes who have landed scholarships.
Hudson Keffer, who second in the Javelin at the Class 4A state track and field meet, signed with Arizona State.
All-Narrows League basketball player Taylor Krouse signed with Holy Names in Oakland.
Volleyball player Lexi Downey signed with Coastal Georgia.
