District basketball touraments end on Monday
February 17th, 2013 by nathan joyceThe West Central District tournaments wrap up on Monday as teams
play for seeds into this weekend’s regional tournaments.
In the Class 4A, South Kitsap plays Stadium at Mount Tahoma at 4
p.m. If the Wolves win, they will be the fifth seed and play
Garfield at Jackson (Mill Creek) on Saturday at 4 p.m. A loss means
South goes to Wenatchee to play Richland at 4 p.m.
Sequim plays in the Class 2A district title game at the ShoWare
Center in Kent at noon. A win would put the Wolves at Kent-Meridian
on Saturday at 6 p.m. against Olympic. A loss still sends them to
Kent-Meridian, but they would play either Hockinson or Washougal
(who play Tuesday) at 4 p.m.
In the girls Class 2A tournament, Olympic plays Port Angeles at
Foss at 4 p.m. in the third/fourth-place game. Both teams are
headed to Lynden on Friday for regionals. The winner plays either
Archbishop Murphy or Cedarcrest (they play Monday night) at 6 p.m.
The loser plays Burlington-Edison at 8 p.m.
Kitsap’s other regional qualifier, Crosspoint, plays at Mark Morris
on Friday. They will play either Pe Ell or Morton-White Pass. Those
teams play Monday.

I think you have a typo. There are options other than losing.
If South Kitsap wins today, we will be the fifth seed and face Garfield on Saturday (in Mill Creek). If South loses today, we will be the eigth seed and face Richland on Saturday (in Wenatchee).
