Friday football playoff updates

November 2nd, 2012 by cstark

Welcome to the postseason. We’ll do our best to update the scores of your favorite team. You can follow the Bremerton-Renton game (7 p.m. start) live at We’re also live streaming Saturday’s Central Kitsap-Roosevelt game (7 p.m.) from Silverdale Stadium.

South Kitsap (6-3) at Camas (9-0). Camas 43, SK 12 (Final)

Bainbridge (4-5) at Columbia River (6-3): Columbia River 27, Bainbridge 9 (Final).

Renton (4-5) at Bremerton (8-1): Bremerton 26, Camas 0 (Final).

Note: Bremerton standout senior RB/LB Andrew Shadle picked up two unsportsmanlike penalties, which led to his ejection late in the game. It could put him in jeopardy of missing next week’s first-round state playoff game, but Bremerton coach Nate Gillam has already said he will file an appeal. Shadle’s second penalty came after he jumped up and signaled first down after a carry.

Washington (7-3) at Kingston (5-4): A 42-yard FG by Colin Stone as time expired lifted the Kingston Bucs to a 40-37 victory and a spot in the state tournament for the first time in school history.

North Kitsap (5-4) at Steilacoom (5-4): Steilacoom 38, NK 15 (Final)

North Mason (5-4) at Sumner (7-2): Sumner 38, North Mason 13 (Final)

Non-League: Port Townsend vs. Nooksack Valley
