Handful of locals named to All-State baseball team

Several locals were named to the Washington State Baseball Coaches Association All-State team released Tuesday.
South Kitsap’s Michael Nelson was a first-team pick for the Class 4A team. Teammate Vince Sablan was a second-team pick.
Bremerton’s Eli Fultz was a first-team pick on the Class 3A team.
Port Angeles’ Easton Napiontek and Olympic’s Shane Matheny were first teamers for the Class 2A team. North Kitsap’s Nate Reece and JT Nettleton were a second-team selections as were Kingston’s Josh McLeod and Sequim’s Tyler Campbell.
On the Class 1A team, Chimacum’s Austin McConnell and Landon Cray were first-team picks.
