California hoops player banned for pushing referee
February 12th, 2011 by Annette GriffusA 16-year-old high school basketball player was banned for the remainder of his high school career for pushing a referee. Brandon Thomas, a Middletown (Santa Rosa, Calif.) junior varsity player was given a double technical and ejected from the game after twice shoving referee Tim Moran.
