Big-Screen, DVD, Cable Deals for ‘ZMD?’ They’re Not Undead

We’ve been seeing unofficial announcements for days on Facebook posts, waiting for the official word from Typecast Pictures, but I think we can take this one as the Real Thing, coming as it does from the film’s director, Kevin Hamedani:



“Ladies & Gentlemen, ‘ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction’ has just inked a distribution deal with After Dark/Lion’s Gate Films!!! — Look for ‘ZMD’ in theaters January 2010, followed by DVD release late spring and appearances on the IFC Channel and … SyFy! — Congratulations to everyone involved with the film and thanks to each and every one of you for your support.”
