  1. Is giving false statement to a LEO going to be heard separately from the rendering criminal assistance charges then?

  2. Terra,

If you disagree that that things poor choices led to it being in this situation, then what led to it being there? Did subhuman Blake force it to smoke meth? Did he force it into the truck? Did he force it to lie to police after the fact?

I gather that this thing is your friend, but try and be objective.

  3. Taumy:
They are part of the same case, but each charge is independent of the other as far as a ruling and sentencing will be concerned, so she may be charged with one, both, or neither charges with appropriate sentancing for each charge she is found guilty of.

  4. DON’T TAKE THE WHOLE SAD SITUATION OUT ON MEGAN. I KNOW YOU ALL WANT TO BLAME SOMEONE, BUT THAT PERSON IS JOSH BLAKE. RIP OFFICER.

  5. my heart goes out to the family and friends of the brave officer. this should have never happened, but unfortunately it did. being an addict is not a choice. megan is a child that’s had no guidance at all in her life. maybe a year or so might be helpful for her, but please don’t take her life away for the actions of josh blake. please.
