Mother Guilty of Second-Degree Murder in Daughter’s Death
A 22-year-old Bremerton woman accused of negligent homicide in her young daughter’s death was found guilty of second-degree murder today.

4 More Years for Sheriff Boyer
Steve Boyer secured his third term as Kitsap County s sheriff Tuesday night, besting veteran sheriff s deputy and fellow Democrat Jim Rye in the primary election by a strong majority.

Trial for 2004 Seabeck Murder Set to Begin Wednesday
Jury selection is expected to begin Wednesday in the trial of a Seabeck man charged with the shooting death of his father almost two years ago.
