Happy Halloween. Here’s what we’ve got in store for scary meetings this week:

Kitsap County Commissioners (meet at 619 Division Street, Port Orchard)

Monday, Oct. 31, 10 a.m.: Information sharing until 11:30 a.m., budget deliberations until 12:10 p.m. and then an executive session regarding pending litigation until 12:30 p.m.

2 p.m.: Jail: fourth quarter budget adjustment request until 2:15; small business development center update with Elaine Jones until 2:30; Kitsap 1 transition update with Bud Harris and Doug Bear until 3:30; Sinclair trail concept with Eric Baker until 4; closed session re: labor relations until 4:30 p.m. Adjournment to follow.

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 8:30 a.m.: Ordinance amending Comprehensive Plan TDR’s, ILA with city of Port Orchard and schedule for omnibus
until 9:45; Technology initiatives follow-up until 10:30; Fair and Rodeo update with Jim Dunwiddie until 11:30; Executive session re: real estate until noon. Adjournment to follow.

City of Bremerton (meets at 345 Sixth Street, Bremerton)

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 5 p.m.: Public hearing on approving funding recommendations for inclusion in the 2012 CDBG/HOME action plan; General business items include: a Public Works agreement with Westmark Construction, Inc. for the biosolids storage relocation/roof construction contract and an ordinance amending Bremerton Municipal Code regarding the “One percent for the Arts Fund” to suspend expenditures for new art until Jan. 1, 2014.

City of Port Orchard (meets at 219 Prospect Street)

No meeting this week.

City of Poulsbo (City Hall, 200 Moe Street)

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 7 p.m.: The meeting will start with a 7:15 p.m. public hearing on cannabis collective gardens, then go into third quarter budget amendments; the city’s improvement plan; setting the property tax levy for 2012; looking at the preliminary budget for 2012; and art in city hall.

Friday, Nov. 4: The council will hold an all day meeting at City Hall to discuss the city’s budget and levels of service.

Housing Kitsap (meets at 345 Sixth Street, Bremerton)

Tuesday, Nov. 1, 1 to 3 p.m.: The meeting starts with an executive session to discuss potential litigation involving the Harborside Condominium repairs and easement issues; new business items include: progress update of jurisdictional review of ordinance defining process for elected officials appointing representatives to the board; approve initiation of interlocal agreement between Kitsap County and Housing Kitsap for reimbursable work performed by Kitsap County Public Works and the 2012 board schedule.
