Halloween is in one week, do you know what you’re going to be this year? While you think about it, here’s the agenda schedule for the week.

Kitsap County Commissioners (meet at 619 Division Street, Port Orchard)

Monday, Oct. 24, 10 a.m.: Information sharing until noon.

2 p.m.: Budget update with Amber D’Amato until 2:30 p.m.; closed session with HR on labor negotiations from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m..; Shoreline Master program update with Patty Charnas and David Greetham from 3:15 to 3:45 p.m. then another closed executive session on potential litigation from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. Adjournment to follow.

7 p.m. The evening’s regular business meeting includes the following public hearings: adopting a resolution for a request to vacate filed by McCormick Land Company and Pacific NW Conference UUC , for a portion of county right-of-way known as county Road No. 6 located in Commissioner District #2. Fiscal Impact: N/A; a petition to vacate filed by Mr. Devin Leith, for a portion of county right-of-way known as county Road 64 located in Commissioner District #2. Fiscal Impact: $635 – Revenue from Petitioner; an ordinance approving the revised commissioner district boundaries. Fiscal Impact: N/A; a resolution amending the 2011 Annual Budget. Fiscal Impact: $1,055,601 – Revenue to Miscellaneous Special Revenue Funds; a resolution to adopt updates to the Community Development Fee Schedule; a petition to vacate submitted by Port Madison Enterprises, an agency of the Suquamish Tribe of the Port Madison Indian Reservation, for Lot 1 and Tracts D, E, F, G, H, I, J, L, M, N, P and R of the Plat of White Horse, AFN 200502020210 located in Commissioner District #1. Fiscal Impact: N/A; and lastly an agenda item that is for decision only on an ordinance relating to Growth Management, amending the Countywide Planning Policies (CPPs).

Wednesday, Oct. 26, 8:30 a.m.: For 20 minutes the board will hear about the employee service award program and then another 20 minutes will be spent discussing the inclement weather policy with Bert Furuta; Scot Diener will then spend 30 minutes talking about Title 17 Zoning Code Corrections and then 45 minutes on the Agricultural Comprehensive Plan Policies ; at 10:30 a.m. Patty Charnas will talk about the Puget Sound restoration grant applications and from 10:45 to 11 a.m. the board will go over grant approval requests for LID stormwater retrofit applications. At 11 a.m. the board will recess into executive session regarding real estate. Adjournment comes at 11:30 a.m.

City of Bremerton (meets at 345 Sixth Street, Bremerton)

Wednesday, Oct. 26, 5 p.m.: The two discussion items include a proposed resolution approving the 2012 CDBG and HOME grant funding recommendations for inclusion in the 2012 CDBG/HOME action plan; and a proposed ordinance amending Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) Chapter 2.32 entitled “Arts Commission” and Chapter 3.12 entitled “One Percent for the Arts Fund” and suspending the 1% for the Arts Program until January 1, 2014.

City of Port Orchard (meets at 219 Prospect Street)

Tuesday, Oct. 25, 7 p.m.: The one public hearing item is the anticipated 2012 budget revenue sources; the one business item is approving a contract that authorizes the mayo to execute an agreement with Excel Tech for the Cedar Heights redesign.

City of Poulsbo (City Hall, 200 Moe Street)

No meeting this week.

Bremerton Housing Authority

Friday, Oct. 28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: The Bremerton Housing Authority board will hold their annual retreat at the Yonder Retreat Center, 15710 Euclid Avenue, Bainbridge Island. The board’s regular meeting for Oct. 24 has been canceled and all items for discussion in October will be handled at the retreat.
