Monday, April 25, 10 a.m.: Legislative Update by Tom McBride, board information sharing from 11 to noon, adjournment to follow.

2 p.m.: Gordon Field Lighting; Budget Update and Process Discussion from 2:15 – 3:30; Closed Session re: Collective Bargaining from 3:30 – 4; Sinclair /Dyes Inlet TMDL from 4 – 4:30. Adjourn.

7 p.m.: The board has a regular meeting. Public hearing items include: a resolution for a temporary road closure of Seabeck Holly Road at mile post 6.29 for culvert replacement; a contract with Comcast for cable television and franchise agreement. Fiscal Impact: $758,692 – Revenue from Comcast; an ordinance regarding repealing Chapter 2.116 of Kitsap County Code “Civil Enforcement” and Chapter 9.56 Kitsap County Code “Public Nuisances”.

Wednesday, April 27, 8:30 a.m.: Alternatives Futures Project Technical Update, 8:35 – 9:35; Federal Legislation for Stormwater Utility Fees – 9:35 – 10:20; Washington Wildlife Recreation Coalition Update – 10:20 – 11; Policy Discussion 11 – 11:30; Executive Session re: Real Estate 11:30 – 12. City of Bremerton (meets at 345 Sixth Street, Bremerton)

Wednesday, April 27, 5 p.m.: The council will hold a study session upstairs. Discussion items include acquiring property in Anderson Cove along 19th Street and acceptance of a grant for the reconstruction of lower Wheaton Way from Lebo Boulevard to the Manette Bridge. The council will also continue its talks about taking the steps to bring the reduction of the council size from 9 to 7 to the voters in November.

City of Port Orchard (meets at 219 Prospect Street)

Tuesday, April 26, 7 p.m.: The council will hear from Port Orchard Police Chief Al Townsend regarding a couple of updates to city code on “inattentive driving” and other traffic updates. Other items on the agenda can be read here.

City of Poulsbo (City Hall, 200 Moe Street)

No meeting this week.
