Kitsap County Commissioners (meet at 619 Division Street, Port Orchard)

Monday, March 21, 10 a.m.: Legislative update with Tom McBride until 11 a.m., then an hour with Larry Keeton and Eric Baker on countywide planning policies. Adjournment at noon.

2 p.m.: The board will take 25 minutes on its master schedule procedure then go into executive session to discuss existing litigation from 2:30 to 3 p.m. and then stay in executive session until 4:30 p.m. to discuss personnel matters.

Wednesday, March 23, 8:30 a.m.: This meeting kicks off with a 30 minute review of the agenda for the board’s upcoming March 28 business meeting. Information sharing follows until 9:30 a.m. when the board goes into executive session to discuss real estate until 10 a.m. The from 10 to Noon the board will sit through a presentation on the water policy presentation. Adjournment to follow.

City of Bremerton (meets at 345 Sixth Street, Bremerton)

Wednesday, March 23, 5 p.m.: The council’s study session includes discussion items dealing with a project design agreement with Puget Sound Energy for 74 underground conversion of Pacific Avenue improvements from 6th to 11th Streets and a proposed resolution to set a hearing date for May 18 the vacation of the alley for Olympic College between 13th and 15th Streets west of Warren Avenue.

City of Port Orchard (meets at 219 Prospect Street)

Tuesday, March 22, 7 p.m.: Business items include: Approval of contract No. 036-11, authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with PACE Engineers Inc., for well No. 11 final design; Approval of contract No. 037-11, authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Building Department Inc., for building inspection and plan check services; Approval of supplemental agreement No. 3 to contract No. 071-09, with NL Olson and Associates, Inc. for alternative No. 3A – Bay St Pedestrian Pathway; Approval of amendment No. 1 to contract No. 009-09, authorizing the Mayor to execute the amendment for Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination with Kitsap County Health District; Meeting with initiating parties regarding notice of intent to petition for Sidney Road Property LLC annexation; Discussion: Council Committees.
