If it weren't for Norm being a strong force for our military bases the unemployment rate in Kitsap County would be a disaster. Working at any of the three naval bases in Kitsap County has kept alot of families fed and sheltered for many years-this due in large part to Norm Dicks. He deserves to be next in line as the chairman of the House Defense Appropriations committee. Don't think of his job as a partisan position. He's just good at what he does.
