Housing authorities are formed to provide low income housing NOT community renewal which should be left to municipalities in joint ventures with private developers...because developers are less likely to make unsound financial decisions than bureaucrats who have a completely different agenda - like it's o.k. for the taxpayers of Kitsap County to pay for this fiasco!!!
