I asked the budget administrator about it during the break and she said she was not aware Mahan was going to make the motion until it was made. I was impressed with the dialog at the meetings Wednesday night and even more impressed tonight. While I am not sold on SEED, I do think the Port is doing a better job of listening and communicating.
