In the Navy (You Can Root for Mark McFarland)

The USS John C. Stennis will get its name on #88 in a Busch Series race Feb. 25 in Fontana, Calif. Apparently every military branch sponsors a team, but only the Army gets its logo in the Nextel races.

    I’m retired Navy, a carrier sailor (Constellation and Nimitz) and a Dale Earnhardt Junior fan. This looks like a team I can root for. Can life get any better? Yeah…..build that racetrack on Highway 3!!!

    HMMM….USS John Stennis (aircraft carrier) along with the US Navy on a NASCAR race car owned by Dale Earnhardt, jr. I’m a carrier sailor, retired Navy, a NASCAR nut and a Dale Junior fan. Now HERE’S a race team I can cheer for! How can life possibly get any better……Oh, yeah…build the race track on Highway 3 so I can watch them live and in person!!!
