Eric--

Thanks again for the updates. I am seeing some nice summer heat by the end of this month. I don't think we'll hit triple digits, but some upper 80s to mid 90s look possibly by late this month. Stay tuned! And yes, weather blogging is probably very similar to sports blogging. Believe it or not, there are loads of weather stories every day that keep things interesting any day of the year. So if one day I can't think of anything creative, I'll write about a weather story I read on a forum or website.

Andrew--

Thanks! I'll add that link to my "Weather Links" section on the right hand side bar.

Alright Matt, thanks for being my most fav trusted weather source.

I saw a 100 degree on the model for the first time ever, I know it won`t happen, but we know heat is there right?

Also with weather blogging is it like sports blogging where you have to have creative ideas?

Same thought unique presentation?

Eric---

I'd stay inside tonight as it will still be quite wet, cold and unstable. This upcoming week will be beautiful, though so I'd wait just one more day.

Eric---

Thanks for the update! You won't be able to tell if lightning is around on radars per se...the radar is color coated, green meaning light rain all the way to I think purple or red which is very heavy rain. Typically in those purple and red cells there is so much force and instability imbedded in them that lightning/thunder are the result. So if you see orange/red/purple on the radar...take cover! :)
