Stimulus Work Could Bog Down Traffic

Every summer around here, road construction really picks up because a lot of it can’t be done in the rain or cold. It all gets compressed into a few nice months instead of spread out over the year, so getting around the construction has become part of summers in the Northwest. A story in the USA Today says it will be even worse when all of the stimulus road projects get going.
