A wine recommendation for Girl Scout cookies

Usually we save our pairing recommendations for the end of the week, but as I was perusing my daily wine blog queue this blog from Wine Peeps caught my eye.

It was unusual enough, yet also so practical, that I wanted to share it with everyone. I believe the Girl Scouts are nearing the end of the annual cookie drive, but I’m guessing most of you have a few boxes still at home. At our house we’re down to our last box of Thin Mints — my favorite!

Here’s the link to the blog, which recommends a Cab and a Moscato d’Asti to pair with the delicious mint cookies.
