Bremerton Quote Of The Week

Typical Bremertonians

Quote of the week:

From my friend, Jerald, who helped me move Sunday, as we admired the lights of downtown Bremerton from the deck of a ferry.

“You know, if you just saw Bremerton from the ferry, you might think it’s an upscale community.”

I didn’t know how to respond. So I said, “That’s the point, I guess.”

  1. Funnily enough, I was on the ferry back from Seattle this evening and my companion said “Those lights look so beautiful from the water, if it wasn’t so blustery, I would want to go there. Too bad it’s in Bremerton.”

    So we drove home.

Today is the 31st…your last day here for now.
    You will be missed.
May the best life has to offer be yours, but only after you complain about it.
    That is a rule.

  3. there are still many interesting stories to be researched and told, maybe this can be an opportunity for you to explore direct connection to readers without the intermediary of the editorial/censoring board. I would gladly pay to hear real local stories.

    Good luck Andy!

  4. It struck me that cities and counties are made up of the people that live there.

When you leave us it is truly our loss as a people and as a town.
